What is Berry 5 mm
Berry cords by YarnMellow are round cords made of recycled cotton, including the core. Thanks to this they hold their shape beautifully and are very easy to work with.
- Diameter: approx. 5 mm refers to the inner dimension; in reality it is more like 7 mm
- Length: 100 m (±5 %)
- Material: recycled cotton (including the core)
- Appearance: round shape, rich colours, fine structure
- Origin: made here in Jičín, Czech Republic
Why Berry has special packaging
- the cord is wound in a skein and tied in the middle
- it does not get deformed even during longer storage
- ideal for macramé decorations, where every detail is visible
- takes up less space than a classic ball
Important: do not remove the label, just pull the end with the knot.

Recommended tools and care
- Hook / needles: 6-10 (depending on your working style and gauge)
- Washing: washing machine 30 °C
- Ironing: low heat
Recommendation: order more balls for one project. Individual batches may differ slightly in colour – recycled cotton cannot always be dyed exactly the same.
