How to shop
Shopping with us is easy. You can order with or without registration. Here is a step-by-step guide.
1. Choose your products
- Browse Butterfly rainbow yarn balls, Berry cords, Angel macramé cords or bag straps and handles and click a product.
- If a product offers variants (colour, length, pack) or an optional glitter lurex thread, choose them first, otherwise the item will not be added to the cart.
- Some items are sold by the piece, others in full packs – it is stated on the product page. There is no minimum order value.
2. Cart
The item moves to your cart. Check the quantity and apply a discount code if you have one.
3. Delivery and payment
Choose how you want your order delivered (GLS, PPL, Balíkovna or personal pick-up in Jičín) and how to pay (online by card via GoPay or bank transfer). Select your destination country in the cart and the shipping price and currency adjust. Details are on the Shipping and payment page.
4. Enter your details
Enter your name, address and contact so your parcel arrives without problems. If you want to shop faster next time, you can register.
5. Send your order
Check the summary and click the Order with obligation to pay button. You will immediately receive a confirmation e-mail with your invoice, which you can also find after logging in to your customer account. Please pay a bank transfer within 7 days, otherwise the order is cancelled.
6. Look forward to your parcel
Items in stock are usually dispatched the next day. We make Butterfly rainbow yarn balls ourselves and they usually ship within 7 working days, within 14 days for larger quantities (over 10 pieces). If the parcel looks damaged, please do not accept it and let us know.
What if something goes wrong
You can return goods within 14 days of receiving them without giving a reason (except goods made to your specification). Details are on the Returns and Complaints page.
