Wholesale

YarnMellow wholesale is for resellers, haberdasheries, craft shops and makers who sell their work. We produce our yarns and cords ourselves in our workshop in Jičín, and we carefully select and test the rest of the range (hooks, tools, components). You can process our materials yourself or resell them. We supply brick-and-mortar shops as well as online stores.

No company ID, or only after a few pieces? Shop at our retail store Tvorboshop. You will find all our products there, and a few more.

How to get started

1. Register in the customer group “wholesale customer” on the registration page and fill in your company details.
2. Wait for the e-mail confirming your registration. Only then will you see wholesale prices.
3. Add goods to your cart. Next to each product you will also see the Standard price, which is the recommended retail price at which the goods are sold to end customers. Please keep to it within a reasonable range so the market is not distorted.
4. Complete your order and choose the delivery method.
5. We will confirm the order and send you an invoice. You will find it in the parcel, in your e-mail and in your customer account.

Shipping and payment

• Free shipping: in the Czech Republic for orders over 1,999 CZK, to Slovakia for orders over €150.
• Carriers: GLS, PPL and Balíkovna. We ship everywhere GLS or PPL delivers. You choose the destination country in the cart.
• Payment: bank transfer within 7 days of ordering. If the payment does not arrive even after an e-mail reminder, we cancel the order.
• Dispatch: goods in stock usually ship the day after ordering. We make the Butterfly rainbow yarn balls ourselves and ship them within 7 working days of ordering, or within 14 days for larger quantities (over 10 pcs).
• EU companies: VAT payers from the EU can buy without VAT under the reverse charge mechanism.

Tip: If a parcel arrives damaged, do not accept it, or at least check whether the goods inside were damaged too.

Loyalty programme

The discount is calculated from your purchases over the last 12 months (not the calendar year), from turnover including VAT and only from paid invoices. Once you reach a level, the discount is applied automatically. You can see your current discount level in your account under “My discounts”. By turnover over 12 months you get:

• from 100,000 CZK: 1% discount
• from 200,000 CZK: 2% discount
• from 300,000 CZK: 3% discount
• from 400,000 CZK: 4% discount
• from 500,000 CZK: 5% discount

When paying in euros, the thresholds are converted at the exchange rate.

• You can use product photos from our website, from Google Drive (we send the link on request) or from our Facebook.
• On the blog you will find reviews and tips that help when choosing your range and for your customers.
• We send news by e-mail and share it on Facebook and Instagram.
• Something out of stock, or need a larger quantity? Write to us and we will work it out.
• Have an idea for working together? Get in touch.

Selling well takes a little activity on your side. We do our best so that people find us on their own, but we cannot do the selling for you. You do not need to invest thousands in advertising, it is enough to be visible on social media: join discussions in groups and show your finished pieces. Our community of loyal fans keeps growing, ride the wave with us.
