How to choose yarn for crochet and knitting
- Shawl, blanket or pram blanket: go for Butterfly rainbow yarn balls. The smooth colour gradients happen on their own, and one large 1500 m ball (approx. 270 g) is enough for a whole project without joining.
- Plain-colour projects: choose Butterfly Mono balls, where you can customise colour and length.
- A gift for a baby: Butterfly is certified for children under 3.
- Extra sparkle: add a lurex thread to Butterfly in gold, silver or the colour of the ball.
How to choose a cord
- Baskets, bags, mats and poufs: Berry cords in 3 mm and 5 mm are sturdy and hold their shape well.
- Macramé: Angel macramé cords in 3 mm and 5 mm tie well and the knots hold.
- Handbags and bags: finish your project with our bag straps and handles.
