A tutorial for a lovely doll, angel or fairy made from YarnMellow Angel unravelling yarn YarnMellow Angel. You can use the 3 mm or 5 mm cord, and 1 metre of each colour is enough. Leftover yarns, buttons and the like can be used too. With our detailed tutorial, even a complete beginner can do it.
You will need:
- A piece of 2 colours of YarnMellow Angel 3 mm or Angel 5 mm (we use 5 mm in the video)
- An 18 or 20 mm bead
- A piece of sturdier cord for the arms and a thinner yarn for tying off the body
- Something to decorate the hair, the hand or the waist
- Wooden wings, if you want to make an angel
- Sharp scissors
- A comb (a hairbrush or dog brush works best)
- A yarn needle or a crochet hook
- A hot glue gun, if you are comfortable with one
