Have a gift voucher? Send us an e-mail and you can redeem it at Tvorboshop, where we have the same products.
Were you registered with us? We have moved your account to Tvorboshop. When you log in for the first time, simply choose a new password. By doing so you give your consent to the storage of your personal data. We have also transferred the loyalty points you have collected with us.
Want to return or complain about goods? You can use the contacts and forms from this e-shop or from Tvorboshop. Both companies continue to operate, we refund money and we answer the phone.
